Delivery & Returns Policy
Online purchases made through ACIDNYC.COM are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days from the ship date. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry (excluding earrings) must be in its original packaging.

BOXERS, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, SOCKS, LIMITED EDITION HANDBAGS AND ONLINE ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

BY MAIL
Your package includes an order invoice and packing slip with return information.

In your e-mail, please include your reason for return or exchange. If deemed valid, a team member will reply within 24-48 hours with a pre-paid return shipping label. Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

Place the pre-paid Return Label on the outside of your package.

Call from your home to arrange pickup with USPS or drop-off at USPS store or post office.

Exchanges and returns from APO/FPO and International addresses are not eligible for pre-paid return labels. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM(S);
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address above within 14 days from the ship date. For US customers, please e-mail acidlive@acidnyc.com to request a pre-paid return label. 

To ensure proper processing, please e-mail the address listed above with appropriate Return Reason. In addition, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) in your e-mail. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement or exchange of the item(s), please include this information in your e-mail. We will gladly send out a replacement or exchange, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. Exchanges are only valid for items of equal value purchased. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

For all return and exchange processing:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
